Thanks to its high pigmentation, excellent runnability, but above all its stability and cleanliness on the press, this range of inks, which was originally designed for letterpress printing, is also perfectly suited for semi-rotary UV offset printing.
The UV 161 series, normally used on coated and uncoated papers, finds its strength in use on non-absorbent substrates such as PET, paper laminated with treated aluminium, PVC film, synthetic paper, PE and PP films.
It is mainly used for printing (adhesive) labels.
