Strippable plates are a highlight of what Kruse has to offer; they are available both in polyurethane and with a rubber surface and guarantee outstanding results in terms of print quality. VARNIPLATE coating sheets with a polyurethane printer layer and VARNICOMP compressible underpacking were the first products developed and quickly conquered the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food markets. Polyurethane plates led many customers who used to use rubberised sheets for coating to change, but not everyone is willing to abandon the use of rubber products. Following the specific demands of these customers, Kruse developed VARNIBLUE plates with a rubber printing surface with built-in compressible underplate, which are a winning alternative to traditional rubber sheets.
