PRÄGOpaste 512 -600ml

600 ml package of PRÄGOpaste 512.

PRÄGOpaste is used for the production of counter dies in all die-cutting and cylinder machines as well as in all other embossing and stamping machines.

– For blind embossing of cardboard in the thickness range from 200 g/m² to 500 g/m², when working with large individual embossing dies or with multiple uses simultaneously.
– For blind embossing of super fine structures on paper in the thickness range from 60 g/m² to 120 g/m² .
– Is a ready-to-use paste. It is applied to the metal embossing die positioned in the machine and covered with an 80 g/m² wood-free paper. After the machine has been run several times, the paste will mould to the metal die.
– It has a hardening time of about 45-90 minutes (depending on the volume/thickness of the counter die). This time allows for a careful reshaping of the individual patrices before the paste hardens.
– Remains unchanged even at the highest production levels and shows no signs of wear.
